Living in Dubai, UAE, witnessing her growth each day for the last two decades has been a colossal experience for the team. We all know Dubai is best known for its modern architecture and luxury. Having witnessed and personally experienced ‘grandiose’ being offered or sold here in every possible sector, they realized that something is amiss here amid this luxury, and what’s that! They were well convinced that wellness is given the least priority here, especially in the busy life where we spend 90% of our lives indoors, including office and residential spaces. The sudden emergence of the pandemic made this conviction more robust. They also observed that the wellness amenities, such as gymnasium, swimming pool, yoga hall, etc., in the real estate sector, were not ‘Holistic’ or lacked a comprehensive formula. It triggered these connoisseurs to combine Urban Real Estate, Hospitality, and Wellness (preventive & rehab care) and consequently, Wellcube was born.
